These terms apply to your use of mygolfprintco.com and to any order you place with My Golf Print Co. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if we cannot produce the course you asked for, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud.
Made to order products
Our prints are personalised and made to order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, including the course, the name, the date and the score. We print what you give us. Please check your details before you order.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, which are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping page. Returns, remakes and refunds are covered by our refunds and returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The artwork, designs, text, images and branding on this site belong to My Golf Print Co and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission. When you buy a print you are buying the physical item for personal use, not the rights to the artwork.
Course names and club names are used descriptively to identify the course a print depicts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any golf club, course or tournament.
Your content
When you submit details or images for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use them and you give us permission to use them to produce your order.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
