Every print is made to order. Nothing is produced until you place your order.
Production time
Orders are printed, framed and dispatched within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time is on top of that.
Shipping rates
- United States: $7.95 flat rate, and free on orders over $75.
- International: calculated at checkout based on your address.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most United States orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. If you have not seen a tracking email 10 business days after ordering, contact us.
Packaging
Framed prints ship in a protective box with foam corners, and with shatterproof plexiglass in place of glass, so they arrive ready to hang.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will update it if the order has not shipped. We cannot cover the cost of parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices or shipping, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will remake and reship it free, and you do not need to return the damaged one.
